Hoosiers
Drop Game 2
Indiana dropped their second
game against Davenport, 2-6. The Hoosiers were able to dominate
during most of the game except for the special teams. On Friday
the Hoosiers scored 2 power play goals and were perfect on the penalty
kill, but Saturday they gave up 4 power play goals on 5 chances
and only converted 1 of their own.
The Indiana goals were scored
by Chand Fiala and Reed Schafer. Jimmy Hugill made 22 saves in his
15th start of the season.
Next week will be the Hoosiers
final weekend before the winter vacation. Indiana will have a home
and home series with their biggest rivals in college hockey, the
Miami Clubhawks. Friday's game will be at 9:00pm at the Frank and
Saturday they will play at Goggin Arena in Oxford, OH at 3:20pm.
